Farm-Style Pickled Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 pickled pork
  • 6 pepper corns
  • 4 cloves
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup brown malt vinegar

Method

Remove Pickled Pork from bag

  1. Rinse pork under cold water
  2. Place into a suitable pot
  3. Cover with cold water
  4. Add pepper corns, cloves, sugar and vinegar
  5. Cover and bake in oven at 160°C for 3 hours
