Farm-Style Pickled Pork Recipe

Pickled PorkIngredients:

  • 1 pickled pork
  • 6 pepper corns
  • 4 cloves
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup brown malt vinegar


Remove Pickled Pork from bag

  • Rinse pork under cold water
  • Place into a suitable pot
  • Cover with cold water
  • Add pepper corns, cloves, sugar and vinegar
  • Cover and bake in oven at 160°C for 3 hours



1 egg

¼ cup sugar

1 Tablespoon plain flour

1 Tablespoon mustard

1 cup of water

¼ cup malt vinegar

Put all ingredients into a microwave safe jug mix, cook 1 min stir repeat 2-3 times or until thick



1 Finely chopped onion fry slowly in a pot (do not brown) add 2 Tablespoons butter & 2 Tablespoons flour, salt & pepper to taste stir over medium heat until thick then cook a couple more mins add chopped parsley if you like.
