Pickled Pork with Ginger Beer & Honey
Cooking Instructions
- Remove Pickled Pork from bag.
- Rinse pork under cold water.
- Place into suitable oven proof dish with lid.
- Pour 1/2 cup of honey & 375ml ginger beer to 3 teaspoons Dijon or Seeded mustard mix together & pour over picked pork
- Cover and bake in 150 degress oven for 3 hrs serve with Mums famous sauce.
