Pickled Pork with Ginger Beer & Honey

Cooking Instructions

  1. Remove Pickled Pork from bag.
  2. Rinse pork under cold water.
  3. Place into suitable oven proof dish with lid.
  4. Pour 1/2 cup of honey & 375ml ginger beer to 3 teaspoons Dijon or Seeded mustard mix together & pour over picked pork
  5. Cover and bake in 150 degress oven for 3 hrs serve with Mums famous sauce.
